How wonderful it is to not have to wake up and get ready for work. I did have a better night sleep last night. I woke up at 5:30am and read in Esther for a little while. God did some amazing events in the life of Esther. I did go back to bed and woke up to a text message from a friend at 7:30am. The text got me out of bed and I headed down to the water to enjoy the morning sunshine and quietness of the start of the day.
So far today we have just sat around. I have been reading a good book by Lori Wick. It is a Christian Romance book but the author has put some thought provoking tidbits in the story. I am always impressed when a writer can share Christ in their writing.
It is about lunch time. I think we will be headed into Alexandria Bay this afternoon to do some sight seeing and shopping. Should be fun!

Hi Tracy,
I like your blog a lot. I consider it a "must read." It was rainy here today and I wondered if this rain would end up where you're at tomorrow. We shall see. So far it's spotty showers-- East Amherst gets it but Williamsville doesn't. Oh well. --Mark
